Resource consents
Preparation – whether you are planning a new build, or subdividing your property into multiple lots, we can take the hassle out of the resource consent process for you. With our extensive experience in the resource management field, teamed with a wide and local professional network, we are able to tie in the necessary specialist input (e.g. architects, surveyors and engineers) and prepare an Assessment of Environmental Effects to help gain resource consent approval for your proposal in a timely and cost-effective manner. We are also happy to assist with stakeholder consultation where required (e.g. with neighbours and iwi).
Processing – over time, we have developed great working relationships with Councils and have assisted with the processing of a wide range of resource consent applications in the Far North and Whangarei Districts. We are familiar with Council processes, and are happy to help Councils meet statutory requirements associated with resource consent processing whilst working within your budget.
